The notice is a bit late, but we will be hosting our first Saturday workday this Saturday, May 2, 2026. We will be doing two activities: Dog waste cleanup and trash cleanup.
We had a great turnout last Saturday for the annual 3 Days 3 Parks event and want to thank all 19 volunteers who came out and helped close down some rogue trails around Yucca Flats! Thank you all for your time in helping keep Palmer Park the wonderful place that it is.
Please use the links below to signup and volunteer with us this Saturday to do some more beautifying of the greatest park in all the land.
The weather is forecasted to be sunny and warm, a break from a the awesome precipitation that we’ve been having. It’s like a sign from mother nature to get out there and do some good work in the park!
Anyway, both events will start at 9:00 am and go until noon. Dog waste cleanup will meet at the Yucca Flats parking lot and trash cleanup will meet at the Maizeland parking lot.
Please dress for the activity and weather and we will see you in the park!
