The weather wasn’t the greatest for a workday, but we decided to push forward. Unfortunately, the snow covered a lot of trash and dog waste, making it hard to collect, and the trail work required shoveling snow before doing some seeding and mulching. But, it was still a productive day and actually a gorgeous day in the park.

We were still able to collect a little bit of dog waste and close down three rogue trails along the Mesa Trail. So at the end of the day, it was still a productive day.

Thanks to the few who braved the day to come out and help! Conditions weren’t great, but we made it happen. Here’s hoping we continue to get precipitation as we enter the Spring season, but that our next workday on April 4th sees a reprieve to allow for a great day to volunteer in the park.
