It’s that time of the year! We are back in action and getting ready to have our first workday of the year. We are so excited to be back working in the park!
Anyway, come join us on March 7, 2026 (the first Saturday in March) to begin the work season out right. We will be hosting our normal three activities of dog waste cleanup, trash pickup, and trail work. For trail work, we will be closing down rogue trails on Yucca Flats. Trail work and dog waste cleanup will check in at the Yucca Flats parking lot and the trash cleanup will check in at the Maizeland parking lot. All activities will start at 9:00 am.
As always, please dress for the activity and the weather. This includes long pants and closed-toed shoes for trail work. Also, this is still a spicy weather time of year, so snow and cold can result in cancelling of the workday. So, please keep an eye out for posts if it snows or if it’s going to be below 30 degrees the day of.
